This Hero reel is ideal for #3 - #5 rods when using standard WF lines or special nymph lines. It has a large arbor for fast thread recovery and its narrow spool winds the thread very well. The full bodied edge prevents the thin nymph lines from slipping into the wrong places. This reel perfectly balances longer rods.
